Haim Oz

Currently CEO of Green Ag Technologies LLC , Kentucky Fresh Harvest LLC, and Kentucky Hi Tech Greenhouses LLC.  Mr. Oz, also CEO and Owner of OAPI for more than 5 years, oversees the entire planning and construction process for OAPI’s worldwide agricultural projects and its marketing of fresh producePrior to founding OAPI Mr. Oz had worked in the agricultural industry for more than 15 years, in high level positions with high quality companies in roles including CEO of Hazera Seeds in Mexico and Central America, Director of Marketing and Sales Latin America at NaanDan Jain and Project Manager for Richel Group’s greenhouses in Uganda and Sub-Saharan Africa.  Mr. Oz’s experience in all aspects of agribusiness is the foundation of the company.


Curt Meltzer

Chief Operating Officer, Partner

Mr. Meltzer is currently COO of Green Ag Technologies LLC, Kentucky Fresh Harvest LLC, and Kentucky Hi Tech Greenhouses LLC.  In addition, he has been a partner and officer of International Energy & Environmental Solutions Ltd., where he has been instrumental in bringing western environmental, agricultural and hi-tech companies into the international markets.  For over 30 years, Mr. Meltzer has also been a transactional attorney, representing many companies internationally, facilitating their entry into new markets and assisting with their Merger and Acquisition strategies.

John Gardner

Chief Financial Officer, Partner

Mr. Gardner is currently CFO of Green Ag Technologies LLC, Kentucky Fresh Harvest LLC, and Kentucky Hi Tech Greenhouses LLC. For the past 20 years he has served in various positions with Palmer Hamilton LLC, a privately held $25-million-dollar furniture company located in Elkhorn, Wisconsin.  His current position is majority owner and President/CEO.  Prior to joining Palmer Hamilton, he was the General Manager of the Disposal Products division of Allied Healthcare overseeing its 250 employee operation located in Toledo, Ohio.  Mr. Gardner started his career with Price Waterhouse where he also received his CPA and then joined an agricultural company as VP of Finance and Operations before joining Allied Healthcare.  Mr. Gardner also has experience in the Merger and Acquisition markets.

Preston Gardner

Business Development and Marketing Manager

Currently Business Development and Marketing Manager of Green Ag Technologies LLC. Mr. Gardner over the past 5 years has served in multiple positions within the publicly traded HNI corporation. Positions included product design engineer, manufacturing engineer, and product manager. Most recently Mr. Gardner served as project manager for the acquisition and business development of a newly acquired operating unit for HNI. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Iowa State University College of Engineering.

Daniel Heffernan

Business Development Manager

Serving as Business Development Manager Mr. Heffernan has more than thirty years experience in the highly specialized niche market of mitigation of risk through the use of insurance and reinsurance related financial products. He has provided services to clients operating throughout the U.S. and in the international marketplace. Dan uses this experience in providing credit enhanced, customized financial solutions that provide a distinctive bridge to the capital markets. Dan is actuarially trained and has previously worked for the New York Life Insurance Company, where ha ran the Pension Department and supervised its two hundred eighty employees, and MINET/MIPI Brokers. While at New York Life, he consulted with a client base in excess of 5,000 corporations and unions, providing services ranging from structuring to administration

Shubin Saha D.P.M., Ph.D

Director, Production and Integrated Pest Management

Dr. Saha is currently the Director, Production and Integrated Pest Management at Green Ag Technologies LLC. Previously, Dr. Saha was a faculty member at Purdue University and the University of Kentucky as the Vegetable Crops Specialist. Dr. Saha has worked in Protected Agriculture in private business and research for the last 15 years. During his training, he has also worked for K&M of the Treasure Coast, greenhouse cucumber operation and Beli Farms, greenhouse tomato and cucumber production. He brings a wealth of experience in vegetable production in addition to implementation of integrated pest management using both conventional and biological methods from his work in Research and Extension. Additionally, he has assisted growers of all sizes in field and greenhouse vegetable production primarily in Indiana, and Kentucky but also at other domestic and international locations. He holds a Ph.D. and D.P.M. (Doctor of Plant Medicine) in vegetable crops from the university of Florida.
